They are all double sided - they can be flipped over.

The mattress can either be a simple foam mattress, memory mattress or can be filled with buckwheat or spelt for a more organic feel. Just please let me know when you place your order. It does not change the price.

For a newborn it is a huge change - from the comfort of mums' belly to that large cold cot. The Baby Nest ensures, that your baby sleeps in a cosy and soft bed. The sides of the nest are high enough to provide comfort and a feeling of cosiness for your baby, and low enough to keep him/her from overheating.

The first few months are the most important. Your baby needs to feel secure and safe. The baby nest can be amended in size by using the strings. Tighten it for your newborn and as your baby grows loosen it.

The nest is great for co-sleeping - the baby is with you yet, it has its own space. What else can a new mum wish for?! ♥

When your baby is old enough to sleep in their own crib, simple move the nest - the baby will not see it as such a change as they will still be in the very same Baby Nest. This will make the transition much easier and stress-free for you all.

If you travel lots, you can use the Baby Nest as a travel cot. It is light, easy to transport and your baby is already used to it.

Advice: Whilst your baby is in the Nest, do not move or carry it. The mattress is not strong enough to support your baby. The nest should rest on a flat surface - bed, floor, sofa.

The Nest can be used for many daily activities - sleeping, cuddling, lounging, resting, playing and anything else babies do :)
